Pickle Cucumber..

Hiya !!!!!



AHAH!! finally my pickle cucumber w0rked!!! h0h0h0!!!its me 2nd attempt and it finally w0rked..kekekeke.Last tym, i was thinking, what is it that i wanna eat thats easy t0 make..=p it is easy t0 make..(Ya Think??) but here's tha hard part,it DOESN'T always w0rk.

!st type 0f pickle cucumber that i tried was the japanese 1..g0t it fr0m the u-tube vide0=x. weel, u g0tta learn it fr0m sumwer ain't it??hehe.

Here's the recipe:
2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
3 tbs vinegar
1 tbs sugar
1tsp s0y sauce
cucumbers, carrots and daikons (i just used cucumber 'ere) xp

But then, that's n0t the recipe i was searching f0r, but it was a gud try nevertheless..hehe=p i wanted the sparkling pickles..pwahahahahaahaha!! s0 therf0re, i g0t a 2nd recipe just f0r the extra carb0nated essence t0 it=p This is the 1 that t0ok me 2 attempts=x

Here's the Recipe:
3 tbs sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tbs salt
1 finger chilli
1/4 cup water
here's h0w:
1)cut a whole long cucumber into 2 inch strips, There's n0 need t0 peel the cucumber,its d0esn't l0ok nice if ye d0..=p Then Set the cut cucumbers aside on a bowl.
2) Using a milk pan, heat up the water until it boils and add in the sugar ,salt and vinegar till it dissolves down.
3) transfer the mixture onto a glass container and let it cool down at room temperature. DO NOT use a plastic one cos for fermenting foods,glass containers and ceramics are used so as no to let the substance from the plastic to enter yer food. S0me substance from the plastic might react with hot water as well.
4) After the mixture c0ols, Add in the cucumber and chilli.
5) after 2-3 days, the cucumber will start bubbling..=] (this means the cucumber is c0oked and ull get yer nice sparkling cucumber pickles!!)
